Hey, my game keeps crashing everytime I enter nightmare difficulty.

If I enter the cow portal it crashes, or even when I step out of act 1. Is this an issue for everyone? I tried a clean install of the game and it still continues to crash. 

This sounds like you're using wrong files of our patch

reinstall the patch in a clean install overwriting
